These terms cover your use of this pre-launch website, axn51.com, operated by Axn51 LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them. Separate terms of sale and telehealth consent will apply before any product or service is offered.
What this site is, and isn't
This site announces a brand that has not launched. Nothing on it is an offer to sell any product, and nothing on it is medical advice. Any mention of peptides, prescription therapies, or health outcomes is general information about what we intend to build, not a claim about what any product will do for you. Do not start, stop, or change any medication based on anything you read here; talk to a licensed clinician.
Any prescription therapy we may offer in the future would be available only after an individual evaluation by a licensed clinician, in states where that is permitted, and would be compounded by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. "Founding-member pricing" means we intend to offer early sign-ups a better price at launch; the details, the products, the launch date, and the states we can serve are all subject to change, and we may decide not to launch at all. Being on the list does not guarantee access to anything.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to join the waitlist.
Our content
The Freshly F*cked name, logo, text, and design on this site belong to Axn51 LLC. You may share links to the site freely. Please do not copy the site, use the name, or present our material as your own.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. We make no promises that it will be available, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent the law allows, Axn51 LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Privacy
How we handle your email address is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
