Privacy Policy
This site is a pre-launch page for Freshly F*cked, a brand operated by Axn51 LLC ("we", "us"). Right now we do two things here: collect email addresses from people who want to hear when we launch, and collect short video or written responses from people who choose to share their take on our “Your take” pages. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It will be replaced by a fuller policy before any product is sold.
What we collect
Your email address, when you submit it through the waitlist form. We do not collect payment details on this site.
Your take, if you choose to send one at axn51.com/hot-takes or axn51.com/take: a video of up to one minute (which includes your face and voice) or a few written words, the prompt you answered, and anything optional you add, such as your first name, city, age and gender. You also confirm you’re 18 or older, and can choose to post anonymously or send your take to our team only. Please don’t include your last name, contact details, or anything about other people. Anything you say about your own health is up to you; share only what you’re comfortable with.
Basic technical data that any web server records when you visit a page: your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit. Our hosting provider stores this in standard server logs. We do not use advertising trackers, pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
We use your email address to tell you when Freshly F*cked launches, to offer founding-member pricing to early sign-ups, and occasionally to share what we are building. That's it. We will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to anyone.
We watch and read every “Your take” response to understand what people want, don’t want, and worry about. Unless you choose “Send to the Freshly F*cked team only,” we may post your video or words on the Hot takes wall at axn51.com and on Freshly F*cked social channels, with your first name, city, age and gender if you gave them (never your last name). If you choose “Post anonymously,” we leave off your name and city. We may trim a response for length and add captions; we won’t change what you meant. If you chose team only, your response stays internal. We will not sell your responses to anyone.
Who else sees it
Our website, waitlist form and “Your take” responses (including video files) are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf under its own privacy policy. Featured responses are visible to anyone who visits the site. If we later move the list to an email-sending service, that provider will also store your address, and we will update this policy to name it.
We will disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your email address, or to take down and delete a “Your take” response, at any time by writing to hello@axn51.com. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. If you are a California or EU resident you have additional rights to access and delete your data; the same address handles those requests.
Age
This site and any future products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an email address or a response, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
When we launch products, this policy will expand to cover accounts, orders, and health information, and will be governed by the healthcare privacy rules that apply at that time. We will post the new version here and note the effective date.
